Western Massachusetts Climbers Coalition (WMCC), Ragged Mountain Foundation (RMF), and Access Fund are pleased to announce the acquisition of Hanging Mountain, a new climbing area in Sandisfield, Massachusetts.
CT Trails Day 2019
The National Trails Weekend in Connecticut is a weekend of trail work, guided hikes and other events that celebrate our wild, recreational spaces. This year the RMF lead two trail work crews with a combined total of thirty-five laborers at Ragged and Pinnacle.
Earth Day Crag Cleanup at Ragged Mountain
On Earth Day, April 22, 2019 the RMF Board of Directors organized a cleanup at the Ragged Mountain property. A small volunteer crew cleared trails and picked up garbage along the Andrews Street frontage.
